Tip of the Day:
When I throw off the hump, I use my wet wood knife to carve quite a bit below the piece (to give it stability for transporting off the hump) while the wheel is still spinning. Then I use my other hand to balance the piece on the wood knife and transfer onto a drywall square. The extra bit at the base is then trimmed into a foot when the piece is leather hard.

Check out Ninjai, the little ninja [link] on Atomfilms.com -- a terrific site for amazing independant films. Always changing, dynamic. We've mostly stuck to the animated, but there's all kinds of shorts -- and free! Careful, some suck, and some are pretty tweeked. Ninjai, as you can see from the pic, is simply, beautifully and uniquely animated. We're turning everyone on (with dsl, that is).
